Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using sklaveni.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Phone verification via OTP is optional for Slaves and Explorers, mandatory for Mistresses and Masters.

3. Account Registration

  • You may register via email/password or supported social login providers.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • One person per account. Shared or impersonating accounts are prohibited.
  • Email verification is required to activate your account. Phone verification is optional for Slaves/Explorers, mandatory for Mistresses/Masters.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Post illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive content.
  • Impersonate others or provide false information.
  • Share others' personal information without consent.
  • Use the platform for commercial solicitation without authorization.
  • Upload malware, spam, or engage in scraping/data harvesting.
  • Circumvent age verification, phone verification, or security measures.
  • Engage in any activity involving minors or non-consenting persons.

5. Market.& Marketplace

  • Sklaveni does not sell products. All items listed on the Market are sold by Professional members. Sklaveni is a marketplace, not a retailer.
  • What can be sold: used clothing (boots, jackets, corsets, non-erotic latex), collectible accessories, furniture, books, decorative objects, and generic used items. All items must be legal, authentic, and accurately described.
  • What cannot be sold: erotic items, sex toys, explicit content, weapons, counterfeit goods, illegal substances, or any item restricted by EU law.
  • Only Professional account holders may list items for sale.
  • Sales are conducted directly between the buyer and the Professional seller. Sklaveni is not a party to the transaction.
  • Payment is handled via cryptocurrency directly between buyer and seller. Sklaveni does not process, hold, or escrow payments.
  • Buyers are responsible for verifying the seller before making payment.
  • Sklaveni is not liable for disputes, non-delivery, or product quality issues. Report problematic sellers to info@sklaveni.com.
  • Prohibited items: illegal goods, counterfeit products, items violating intellectual property, weapons, or any item restricted by EU law.

6. Content and Profile Guidelines

  • Profile content must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
  • The platform is intended for BDSM lifestyle, community and market content.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
  • Users retain ownership of their content but grant Sklaveni a license to display it on the platform.

7. Consent and Safety

  • All interactions must be based on informed, voluntary, and ongoing consent (SSC / RACK principles).
  • Users must respect safewords, boundaries, and limits communicated by others.
  • Sklaveni provides a connection platform and is not responsible for off-platform interactions.
  • Report any violations or safety concerns immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

The Sklaveni name, logo, design, and platform code are proprietary. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Users may delete their account at any time via email request.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sklaveni is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the platform, user interactions, or third-party content. Users interact at their own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice.
